Ormai siamo stati in davvero tante location nuziali, ma appena siamo entrati in Villa Walter Fontana, ci siamo guardati e ci siamo detti: “Oggi ci divertiamo!”. Il merito è dell’indiscussa simpatia che caratterizza gli sposi Filomena e Nello e le loro damigelle. Ce ne siamo accorti subito, già durante i preparativi nelle stanze della villa, l’atmosfera che si respirava era scherzosa e allegra. Il matrimonio è stato sicuramente intimo e raffinato, con pochi invitati ma con tanta voglia di divertirsi. La cena nuziale è stata preparata all’aperto con una vista sulle colline brianzole, gli allestimenti curati da Fabbrica di Idee hanno contribuito a rendere i festeggiamenti impeccabili e di altissimi livelli.

Della villa possiamo dire che è una location spettacolare, ricca di verde, con un prato immenso e una grande piscina a forma di cuore. Proprio lì nella piscina c’è stato il gran finale: i festeggiamenti si sono conclusi con un bagno di mezzanotte che ha coinvolto proprio tutti. Insomma, un matrimonio difficile da dimenticare!

We have been to so many wedding venues by now, but as soon as we entered Villa Walter Fontana, we looked at each other and said, “Today we’re having fun!” Credit to the undisputed friendliness that characterizes the newlyweds Filomena and Nello and their bridesmaids. We noticed it right away, already during the preparations in the rooms of the villa, the atmosphere there was playful and cheerful. The wedding was definitely intimate and refined, with few guests but a lot of fun. The wedding dinner was prepared outdoors with a view of the Brianza hills, the arrangements taken care of by Fabbrica di Idee helped make the celebration impeccable and of the highest standard.

Of the villa we can say that it is a spectacular location, full of greenery, with a huge lawn and a large heart-shaped pool. Right there in the pool was the grand finale: the celebrations ended with a midnight bath that involved just about everyone. In long story short, it was a wedding hard to forget!

Giada e Nevio hanno deciso di sposarsi in una tipica giornata settembrina in Toscana, precisamente al Castel del Piano, una fortezza medioevale in Lunigiana. Giada si è preparata nelle camere del Castello, con la compagnia delle amiche e dei suoi genitori. Nevio, invece, per vestirsi ha approfittato di un agriturismo poco lontano, con il compito di preparare anche il loro bimbo.

La magica atmosfera del posto è stata completata dal menù con piatti tipici locali e un vino speciale, direttamente dai vigneti del Castello curati dai proprietari, Sabina e Andrea. Il tocco di stile del loro matrimonio? Un furgoncino d’epoca allestito ad hoc per la romantica occasione. Durante la serata Nevio ha dato il meglio di sé, dopo aver cantato per Giada, con la compagnia di alcuni suoi amici, si è esibito in ballo che ha meravigliato tutti gli ospiti.

Giada and Nevio decided to get married on a typical September day in Tuscany, specifically at Castel del Piano, a medieval fortress in Lunigiana. Giada got ready in the castle’s rooms, with the company of her friends and her parents. Nevio, on the other hand, took advantage of a farmhouse not far away to get dressed, with the task of getting their baby ready as well.

The magical atmosphere of the place was complemented by the menu with typical local dishes and a special wine, directly from the Castle’s vineyards cared for by the owners, Sabina and Andrea. The stylish touch to their wedding? A vintage van set up especially for the romantic occasion. During the evening Nevio was at his best, after singing for Giada, with the company of some of his friends, he performed dancing that amazed all the guests.

Forse loro erano destinati a stare insieme fin dalla nascita. Si sono conosciuti frequentando l’università a Milano, e hanno poi scoperto di avere entrambi origini molisane, più precisamente di Campobasso. La scelta del luogo in cui pronunciare il grande sì era scontata: proprio nelle terre in cui hanno trascorso la loro infanzia, il loro matrimonio è stato un vero e proprio ritorno alle origini.

Dopo la cerimonia religiosa celebrata in una chiesa rustica e dai soffitti altissimi, ci siamo spostati nel luogo del ricevimento: una masseria spettacolare in mezzo alle colline. Qui l’atmosfera si diffonde in un ambiente esclusivo tra i dolci pendii del centro Italia. All’esterno l’allestimento molto elegante dei tavoli ricorda le tipiche “feste di una volta”, tra i dettagli in total white, gli invitati erano intenti a celebrare e ad aurare il meglio ai novelli sposi.

Al concludersi della festa non poteva mancare il tradizionale ballo tra i due sposi, circondati dalla romantica luce delle lanterne volanti. Luigia si è slogata la caviglia una settimana prima del matrimonio, ma questo non è bastato per impedirgli di esibirsi in un walzer con il suo amato Andrea.

Perhaps they were meant to be together from birth. They met while attending university in Milan, and later discovered that they both have Molise origins, more precisely from Campobasso. The choice of the place to say their big yes was a foregone conclusion: in the lands where they spent their childhood, their wedding was a true return to their roots.

After the religious ceremony celebrated in a rustic, high-ceilinged church, we moved to the reception venue: a spectacular farmhouse in the middle of the hills. Here the atmosphere spreads in an exclusive setting among the gentle slopes of central Italy. Outside, the very elegant table settings are reminiscent of the typical “parties of yesteryear,” amidst the total white details, the guests were intent on celebrating and wishing the newlyweds the best.

At the conclusion of the party could not miss the traditional dance between the newlyweds, surrounded by the romantic light of flying lanterns. Luigia sprained her ankle a week before the wedding, but that was not enough to prevent her from performing a waltz with her beloved Andrea.

Un matrimonio invernale tutto milanese, la cerimonia religiosa nella Chiesa del Carmine, situata nell’omonima piazza. I primi scatti agli sposi sono stati realizzati passeggiando per le vie di Brera e nel cortile dell’Accademia. E si sono conclusi, dove se non, alle Officine del Volo, uno spazio eventi versatile ideale per i matrimoni dallo stile più moderno.

Dobbiamo ammettere che la simpatia di Cecilia e Antonio ci ha subito conquistati: lo sposo è un modello nato, ma anche la sposa non è da meno, il suo vestito con le tasche è stato una vera sorpresa. Non rimane che augurare ogni bene a questa fantastica coppia!

An all-Milan winter wedding, the religious ceremony in the Church of the Carmine, located in the square of the same name. The first shots of the bride and groom were taken walking through the streets of Brera and in the courtyard of the Academy. And they ended, where else but, at Officine del Volo, a versatile event space ideal for weddings with a more modern style.

We have to admit that Cecilia and Antonio’s likability won us over right away: the groom is a born model, but the bride is no less, her dress with pockets was a real surprise. It only remains to wish all the best to this fantastic couple!

Nadia e Zeno vivono all’estero e non abbiamo mai avuto modo di incontrarci prima del grande evento, ma questo non ha ostacolato la possibilità di conoscerci e di trovare un’intesa che ci ha permesso di realizzare questo matrimonio nel centro di Verona, fantastica città dove concedersi uno spritz, o anche due, è obbligatorio.

Di questo matrimonio dallo stile classico ed elegante ricordiamo con piacere uno dei momenti più emozionanti della cerimonia: l’arrivo in chiesa della sposa a bordo di una Cinquecento d’epoca decorata appositamente per la romantica occasione. Tutti gli invitati, futuro sposo compreso, si sono commossi poi nel vedere la sposa attraversare le navate e arrivare all’altare. Il matrimonio è poi proseguito per le vie del centro storico di Verona: qualche scatto divertente tra i mercatini e qualcuno tra gli sguardi sorpresi dei passanti. Infine abbiamo raggiunto Palazzo Verità Poeta, nobile dimora Settecentesca, per continuare con i festeggiamenti.

Nadia and Zeno live abroad and we never had a chance to meet before the big event, but this did not hinder the possibility of getting to know each other and finding an understanding that allowed us to realize this wedding in the center of Verona, a fantastic city where indulging in a spritz, or even two, is mandatory.

Of this classically styled and elegant wedding we fondly remember one of the most exciting moments of the ceremony: the bride’s arrival at the church in a vintage Cinquecento decorated especially for the romantic occasion. All the guests, including the groom-to-be, were then moved as they watched the bride walk through the aisles and down the aisle to the altar. The wedding then continued through the streets of Verona’s historic center: a few fun shots among the markets and a few among the surprised looks of passersby. Finally we reached Palazzo Verità Poeta, a noble 18th-century mansion, to continue with the festivities.

Se passate da Como non potete non andare a trovare Elisa e Federico nel loro ristorante “Feel” nel centro storico della città. Ovviamente per il loro matrimonio non potevano che scegliere l’atmosfera di casa, quella del lago di Como. La loro cerimonia civile si è tenuta nella Villa Carlotta, mentre per il ricevimento ci siamo spostati nella suggestiva e affascinante Villa Regina Teodolinda, una vera perla del lago. L’ampio giardino con prato all’inglese, la scalinata regale e la terrazza con vista caratterizzano l’incantevole villa rendendola il luogo perfetto per un matrimonio da sogno.

Durante gli ultimi momenti della serata, subito dopo il ballo nuziale, l’esuberanza e la voglia di divertirsi ha contagiato tutti: gli sposi e gli invitati si sono lasciati andare a festeggiamenti sfrenati. Un vero spasso!

If you stop by Como, you cannot fail to visit Elisa and Federico at their restaurant “Feel” in the city’s historic center. Of course, for their wedding they could only choose the atmosphere of home, that of Lake Como. Their civil ceremony was held in the Villa Carlotta, while for the reception we moved to the charming and charming Villa Regina Teodolinda, a real pearl of the lake. The large garden with English lawn, regal staircase and terrace with a view characterize the enchanting villa making it the perfect place for a dream wedding.

During the last moments of the evening, right after the wedding dance, the exuberance and the desire to have fun infected everyone: the bride and groom and the guests indulged in wild celebrations. That was fun!

Il nostro incontro con gli sposi direttamente nella location dove ci sarebbe stata poi la festa, l’hotel Boscolo a Milano, un concentrato di design, arte e stile. La festa invece possiamo definirla originale e sopra le righe, anzi diremmo proprio ruggente, visto il tema anni Venti. I preparativi si sono svolti nella casa dei rispettivi genitori a Lugano, città in cui si è celebrata anche la cerimonia. Per il pranzo abbiamo poi raggiunto Capo San Martino, in un ristorante dallo stile classico con un meraviglioso affaccio sul lago di Lugano.

La vera festa però è avvenuta di sera. Anita ed Enrico, dopo essere passati dalla loro casa di Milano per cambiarsi d’abito, hanno raggiunto l’hotel Boscolo con i mezzi, consentendo a noi di realizzare delle immagini uniche tra il traffico metropolitano e gli sguardi affascinati dei passanti. I due sposi si sono affidati a noi anche per la realizzazione della tavola imperiale in stile Grande Gatsby. La simpatia di Anita ed Enrico ha coinvolto tutti, noi compresi, tant’è che sul concludersi della serata anche noi ci siamo lasciati andare con qualche scatto che insieme ai due sposi.

Our meeting with the bride and groom directly at the location where the party would later take place, the Boscolo hotel in Milan, a concentration of design, art and style. The party, on the other hand, we can call it original and over the top, or rather we would say roaring, given the 1920s theme. The preparations took place at their respective parents’ home in Lugano, the city where the ceremony was also held. For lunch we then reached Capo San Martino, in a classically styled restaurant with a wonderful view of Lake Lugano.

The real celebration, however, took place in the evening. Anita and Enrico, after dropping by their home in Milan to change clothes, reached the Boscolo hotel by vehicle, allowing us to take some unique pictures amidst the metropolitan traffic and the fascinated gazes of passersby. The bride and groom also relied on us to create the imperial table in the style of the Great Gatsby. Anita and Enrico’s friendliness got everyone involved, including us, so much so that as the evening came to a close, we too indulged in a few shots that together with the bride and groom.

Federica e Renato sono due sposi molto fortunati, volete sapere il perché? Cerimonia nella maestosa chiesa di Sant’Ambrogio a Milano, una 500 d’epoca che ti porta dritta sul naviglio e ti imbarca su una barca storica, a seguire una navigazione fino a Villa Gaia Gandini a Robecco sul Naviglio… Bisogna aggiungere altro? In realtà il meglio deve ancora arrivare.

Forse siamo un po’ di parte in questo caso, dato che è stata la nostra prima location da fotografo professionista, ma obiettivamente è una villa stupenda! Il connubio tra una location esclusiva dai tratti nobiliari, il fascino di una dimora ricca di storia e l’incantevole giardino rendono Villa Gaia un luogo unico e romantico ideale per festeggiare un matrimonio da sogno.

Ogni volta che ritorniamo, abbiamo l’imbarazzo della scelta per i nostri scatti, abbiamo sempre a disposizione una grande varietà di ambienti che vanno dalle prestigiose sale interne e un cortile nobiliare, alle scenografie naturali che offrono i giardini. L’insieme rende il tutto una cornice perfetta per un matrimonio indimenticabile.

Ceremony in the majestic church of Sant’Ambrogio in Milan, a vintage 500 that takes you straight to the Naviglio and embarks you on a historic boat, followed by a sail to Villa Gaia Gandini in Robecco sul Naviglio… Need we add more? Perhaps we are a bit biased here, since it was our first location as a professional photographer, but objectively it is a stunning villa! Each time we return, we are spoiled for choice for our shots; we always have a wide variety of settings available, ranging from the prestigious indoor halls and a noble courtyard, to the natural settings offered by the gardens. The whole makes a perfect setting for an unforgettable wedding.

Due innamorati, Francesca e Dario, un castello medievale, nozze e atmosfera magica… Sembra proprio l’inizio di una favola, con l’unica differenza che al posto della scarpetta, abbiamo avuto delle calze perse! Per fortuna che il testimone dello sposo ha avuto l’accortezza di portare un paio di scorta. Una volta risolto l’equivoco, il resto del matrimonio è andato una meraviglia al Castello di Pomerio. È davvero una fortuna potersi sposare in una location medievale situata tra le colline brianzole, un fascinoso castello realizzato nel XIV secolo ed egregiamente restaurato negli anni Settanta, è la cornice perfetta per coronare il sogno d’amore dei nostri due sposi.

Se siete alla ricerca di un autentico castello medievale e di un’atmosfera magica, questo è assolutamente il luogo adatto. Con le luci e i camini accesi si crea una calda atmosfera che fa sentire tutti a proprio agio. La location è molto suggestiva, semplice ed elegante. Il salone degli affreschi, il salone del camino e la corte d’Onore fanno il tutto un pacchetto perfetto per un matrimonio da sogno, ma la ciliegina sulla torta è stato il parco con alberi secolari.

Two lovers, Francesca and Dario, a medieval castle, wedding and magical atmosphere… It sounds like the beginning of a fairy tale, the only difference being that instead of a slipper, we had lost socks! Luckily, the groomsman had the foresight to bring a spare pair. Once the misunderstanding was resolved, the rest of the wedding went a treat at Pomerio Castle. It is truly a blessing to be able to get married in a medieval location situated in the hills of Brianza, a charming castle built in the 14th century and beautifully restored in the 1970s, is the perfect setting to crown the dream of love of our newlyweds.

If you are looking for an authentic medieval castle and a magical atmosphere, this is absolutely the place to be. With the lights and fireplaces lit, it creates a warm atmosphere that makes everyone feel at ease. The location is very atmospheric, simple and elegant. The hall of frescoes, the fireplace hall and the court of honor make the whole thing a perfect package for a dream wedding, but the icing on the cake was the park with centuries-old trees.

Un matrimonio letteralmente tutto da incorniciare, quello di Laura Niccolò. Per quanto possa sembrare una scelta classica, quella di una location in villa elegante Settecentesca con un parco secolare e punti panoramici, questo matrimonio ha qualcosa di specialmente insolito. Per l’occasione gli sposi hanno regalato delle cornici ai loro invitati, mentre noi insieme alla wedding planner Simona Demeco (Sìsì wedding), abbiamo realizzato un set fotografico sfruttando dei lampadari Maria Teresa e un bellissimo angolo della villa per delle foto di gruppo da inserire nelle cornici per gli ospiti. Il tutto consegnato insieme alle bomboniere, come di consueto, alla fine dell’evento.

Ma parte del merito va anche a lei, Villa Caproni di Vizzola Ticino, che ci ha regalato un incantevole matrimonio all’aperto, circondato dalla natura e dal profumo dei fiori, con una brezza leggera che accarezza, in compagnia di amici e parenti. Molto particolare anche la limonaia, la serra e la voliera, e un antico gazebo con punto panoramico che racchiude il tutto in una cornice unica e spettacolare con vista del Parco del Ticino e sulla catena del Monte Rosa. Nel caso dei panorami esterni la cornice si è riempita da sé, per noi è stato fin troppo facile grazie alla splendida location.

A wedding literally all about framing, that of Laura Niccolò. As much as it may seem like a classic choice, that of a location in an elegant 18th-century villa with a centuries-old park and scenic spots, this wedding has something especially unusual about it. For the occasion, the bride and groom gave frames to their guests, while we, together with wedding planner Simona Demeco (Sìsì wedding), created a photo set taking advantage of Maria Teresa chandeliers and a beautiful corner of the villa for group photos to be included in the frames for the guests. All delivered together with the favors, as usual, at the end of the event.

But part of the credit also goes to her, Villa Caproni in Vizzola Ticino, which gave us an enchanting outdoor wedding, surrounded by nature and the scent of flowers, with a light breeze caressing, in the company of friends and family. Also very special were the lemon house, greenhouse and aviary, and an old gazebo with vantage point enclosing it all in a unique and spectacular setting with views of the Ticino Park and the Monte Rosa mountain range. In the case of the outdoor views, the setting filled itself, which was all too easy for us because of the beautiful location.
